DRAWING RULES – HOTEL LES BRASES: 2 hotel nights for two + 1 hour of horse riding + 1 multi-adventure zip-line and games session for 2 adults
Hotel Les Brases, INVERSIONS I CONTRACTES, SA. with address at Avda. Generalitat, nº 27 of Sort, with CIF A25376609, carries out this during the month of May 2019 in accordance with these rules:
1. Participation in this raffle organized by Hotel Les Brases is completely free and voluntary. No purchase of any product or service is required to participate.
2. The prize consists of:
- Two nights at Hotel Les Brases for two people on a bed and breakfast basis (May 24-26).
- 1 hour of horse riding to be done during that weekend for two adults.
- 1 Multi-adventure zip line and games session for two adults.
3. Participation will be valid if the participant meets certain minimum requirements within the established deadlines, from April 23 to May 20, 2019, inclusive:
- You must be of legal age.
- You must be a follower of the Hotel Les Brases Facebook page .
- In any of the Giveaway posts, you must mention the person with whom you would share the prize if you win.
- You must become a Hotel Les Brases subscriber (100% free subscription) by completing the form on this page. (Newsletter)
4. It is essential that people who will participate in both the horse riding and the zip line session be in perfect physical and mental condition.
5. Any of the raffle activities may be cancelled without prior notice if the companies deem it necessary for any reason: adverse weather conditions, etc.
6. The draw will be conducted through the independent Sortea2 application.
7. The draw will be decided on May 21, 2019.
8. The winner will be notified personally, via a private message on Facebook, and/or via email.
9. The winner's name will also be published on Hotel Les Brases' social media channels and wherever else the company deems appropriate. All participants represent and warrant that they authorize Hotel Les Brases to use their image and name within the framework of the Sweepstakes and for informational purposes.
10. The winner must respond to the message sent by Hotel Les Brases within 24 hours. If the company does not receive a response within this time, the draw will be held again among the remaining participants, and the new winner will be announced on social media (via private message on Facebook) on May 22, 2019.
11. Failure to meet one of the requirements will exclude said participant from the draw.
12. Only one entry per person is valid.
13. The winner agrees to send Hotel Les Brases photos of their stay at Hotel Les Brases and their outdoor activity for dissemination on social media.
14. Hotel Les Brases staff, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
15. The Port Ainé ski resort has no responsibility or obligation in this Raffle.
16. Hotel Les Brases reserves the right to cancel the draw or make changes to it if it deems it necessary.
17. In order to verify the winner's identity, the company may request a photocopy of the winner's ID or other identification document, in addition to requesting their contact telephone number.
18. Acceptance of the rules. Participation in this draw implies acceptance of its rules , as well as acceptance of the criteria established by Hotel Les Brases for resolving any issues arising from it.
