The La Molina, Vall de Núria, Port Ainé, Espot, and Vallter 2000 resorts have updated their smartphone apps.

The five FGC Group stations have unified and improved their applications to make them easier to use and improve their services and information.

The FGC Group's tourist destination apps for smartphones and tablets have been strengthened this year by the group's commitment to new technologies. This season, the apps include new updates and services to offer visitors all the information about each resort. FGC has worked hard to create a useful and easy-to-use app. The apps have the same format to reinforce the FGC Group brand. Each app provides the same functions within a single environment, adapted to the specific features and needs of each resort.

Through a simple registration process, the apps allow users to store various information about their activity at any of the five stations. The apps' home screen displays a summary of the user's activity, along with the latest station and weather information. From the app's menu, users can access various sections that display real-time updates.

The FGC Group's resort apps, which launched in January 2013, have currently been installed by 9,000 people on their mobile devices, and it is expected that they will exceed 15,000 downloads by the end of the season. The apps are used an average of 15 times per user, and to date, they have exceeded 400,000 visits.

You can see the status of the resort's slopes, including open and closed slopes, their level, which lifts are open, and the snow depth. There are several resort webcams where you can view real-time images of the resort. In another section, you can see a list of the activities offered at each destination, the route's location on the map, and help with getting there. The apps offer the ability to record individual routes via GPS and even make hotel and restaurant bookings. One of the unique features of the La Molina app is that it allows you to purchase ski passes from the app itself.

Social and security factor.

The apps also offer users an important social component, allowing them to share information and chat with other users at the same or different stations. Users can log their activities, locate them on the station map, share them on social media, and even view the location of friends or family.

Security also plays an important role in the applications, offering the ability to make emergency calls while simultaneously providing the user's exact location coordinates to facilitate their location. It also provides direct access to call the station's emergency services.

The resorts also offer the option to view summer activities: cycling and walking routes, and activities such as ponies, tubies, and chairlifts in summer. We can also view the weather forecast, view webcams, link to social media, and make bookings.
