VIEWPOINT OF THE PYRENEES
A half-day route with little traffic and great views; 3 mountain passes, 6 lakes/reserves, and the fantastic Pyrenees viewpoint, all with good pavement, except for the stretch from Pont de Montañana to Ager, which is passably paved. This is also where the viewpoint that gives this route its name is located: the Pyrenees viewpoint, a place from which paragliding is practiced and near the Montsec Astronomical Park. From this little-known spot, the views are endless. Continue almost to Balaguer and then return to Sort. In the village of La Pobla de Segur, at the foot of the C-13 road, there is the C-13 craft beer factory, where they offer tastings (C-13 is the name of the road that runs from Lleida to almost France).
