The trout grow alongside the river, in water that comes directly from the lakes, without having passed through any settlement or facility, ensuring the highest quality. The water is oxygenated naturally through waterfalls and without supplemental oxygen, achieving an excellent product. It takes 6 to 7 years for them to grow to such an exceptional level.
